nofap can do to your body how it can change the way it makes you feel how it can improve yourself physically and this is the video for you i suggest that if you are interested you stick around to the very end because the further we go the spicier it tends to get but i hope for my own sake that i can still remain relatively youtube safe the first benefit is increased energy a lot of people who try nofap say that they have more energy they feel stronger in the gym they have more endurance and they feel like they’re just less tired more energetic and more productive overall now we don’t really know why this is there isn’t really any scientific evidence on the topic but we do know that countless of people who try nofap all say that they feel a lot more energetic and stronger in their body so if you are going to try nofap yourself you might just experience the same thing the second benefit is increased testosterone there is a study that showed that when abstaining from ejaculation men had an increase in testosterone to 145.7 percent now it is important to know here that this was a temporary increase testosterone raised over the course of the first week peaked at day seven and then dropped down and stayed normal during week two so it is not like you permanently have this 145.7 testosterone but here’s the big but by this study this study only looked at a period of a total of 16 days and so this study only really proves that testosterone stayed normal in week two but it has absolutely no clue what happens further along the line in like week three four five etc and a lot of people on nofap will say and yes this is anecdotal but a lot of people will say that if you keep doing it and you get to those further weeks it starts to feel as if your energy and lust starts to climb again right and so it it might just be that there is such a thing as a raise in testosterone further along the line this study really doesn’t say anything about that now another thing you should know about this study is that it didn’t just raise testosterone on day seven the peak was at day seven but if we take a look at the actual numbers in the study then in my opinion days five six and eight look pretty impressive as well and so if you were to do something like ejaculate every eight days and then we kind of have to ignore all the arguments why you might not want to do that but if you were to hypothetically ejaculate once every eight days that would mean that out of every eight days you would have your testosterone raised by quite a bit every four days literally half of the time the next benefit is increased body language so because nofap makes you feel more energetic and it can make you feel more confident this can cause very subtle changes in your posture and the way that you move your body and this is very important for two main reasons the first one is the fact that body and mind are connected if we feel unconfident it makes us act unconfident right it makes our posture slouch down but it also works the other way around if we have bad posture and we move our body in a submissive way it makes us feel more submissive and it makes us feel less confident and if we open up our posture and we start moving in a dominant way this actually makes us feel better and more confident it works both ways and there’s actually scientific evidence to prove this now another reason why body language is so important has to do with how other people perceive you because when people see other people they automatically place someone on the so-called social hierarchy when we see someone walking with bad posture and showing bad body language we automatically subconsciously assume that this is like an insecure loser person that is on the bottom of the social hierarchy now this sounds very harsh but yes that’s actually how evolution programmed us to work and when we see someone walking up straight with his chest forward and just embracing life we automatically assume that this is an awesome person and so as your body language changes this actually changes the way that people treat you and so people will treat you with more respect and women will probably be a lot more attracted to you the fourth benefit and this one is starting to move slightly into the spicy territory so i’m going to have to be careful with what i’m going to say here but you will get better erections and this one is fairly easy to explain because one of the most important factors in getting an erection is the mental factor your arousal and when you watch a lot of the dirty videos you rewire your brain you start to need more and more stimuli you start to develop these specific tastes and so when you end up with a real person it turns out that real life is nothing like this high stimulus fetish environment that you’ve created your brain to be dependent on and so there is a decent chance that things don’t really work like they are supposed to work anymore and if you then stop bombarding your brain with all these stimuli and you give it a chance to reset then hopefully over time it starts to work like intended again another thing that might help is just overall confidence because one of the main problems with erectile dysfunction is this thing called stage fright now nofap is well known to make people more confident so if you do nofap you become a bit more confident this might just help you a little bit out as well the next benefit is that you last longer in bed to which you might think well if you haven’t done it in a long while and that you do it again doesn’t that make things go a lot faster instead of making you last longer and yes that is absolutely true that can happen that will probably happen but you have to keep in mind that only happens to the very first time you do it after a long period of retention and everything after that actually gets better and this one also has to do with this unhealthy rewiring of your brain because if you watch a lot of the dirty videos what happens over time is that you start to condition your arousal in this all or nothing way where whenever you see something that is not quite interesting you want to skip it you skip to the next video you skip to the next part within the video or to the previous part right because that position was slightly more interesting than what’s going on now and so over time you start to place sexual stimuli into two categories of either not interesting and not paying any attention to it or very interesting and taking you towards your highlight and you kind of lose connection with the overall process and so what happens if you end up with a real person you know you cannot do any of these things in real life you cannot skip to the next person or magically conjure some kind of a weird fetish in front of you you cannot pause real life or edge a little bit to prevent you from going towards your highlight too fast and so what ends up happening a lot of the time is that the the experience of the real thing is either not interesting enough and you cannot get an erection or you cannot maintain an interaction or not get towards your highlight or it is very interesting and it takes you towards your highlight a bit faster than you’d like to because you your arousal works in this all or nothing fashion instead of being able to enjoy the whole process now obviously the solution is to quit watching the dirty stuff and to give your brain a chance to reset and to connect with reality again to to learn to enjoy the process and over time slowly but surely this will hopefully make you be able to last longer in bed again the last point is that doing the real thing will also feel a lot better to you so not only will you become better at it by lasting longer but it will also feel better to you and again this one has to do with this rewiring of your brain because very simply put if you condition yourself to need more and more stimuli all the time and you start to develop these specific tastes and obviously the real thing can be a little bit disappointing now i’ve actually seen so many people say something like yeah the real thing is a bit overrated you know i tried it i finally got to try it but it was a little bit disappointing fapping or that can feel just as great if not even better and this can make me kind of sad actually because 99 of the time these words come from someone who has conditioned his brain to be dependent on their dirty videos right like in some way this is the equivalent of a drug addict saying that real life is overrated saying yeah i tried real life being sober and i didn’t like it that much well no of course if you are addicted to that dirty stuff then the real thing is not going to be that great but you have to realize that the reason why the real thing is not that great is because you are addicted to that dirty stuff the real thing is supposed to feel pretty great i can guarantee you that if you try the real thing after a long period of nofap you don’t watch any dirty videos for like several weeks maybe even several months right no matter how long you need to reset if you do it long enough and then you try the real thing you will feel like a teenager with butterflies in his stomach asking yourself why have i been wasting all of these years on this fake digital substitute of this i could have had this all along if i wouldn’t have been such a pathetic weakling and i really hope that so many of you guys i hope that all of you guys ever get to experience this because it is a very harsh fact that a lot of people have never experienced what the real thing can be like with a non-overstimulated non-scrambled brain especially the younger generations a lot of these people will probably never experienced that in their lifetime so let it be a motivator to you guys once you experience this this is one of these moments where you think yeah this is amazing this is you know why i’ve been doing it all along obviously not the only reason but it will be a very strong reason it will just make you realize how great reality can be compared to the fake digital substitutes so yeah this was my list of some of
