Retranscription des paroles de la vidéo: all right quick quick nofap update because you all love to hear about benefits right so you know years a not years ago months ago how I was talking about one of my old bosses who owned the restaurant that I worked at and I’ve been with him for many years then he sold it to someone and then I worked for him for a while um every now and then he’ll like reach out to me for catering here and there um but yeah good friend uh helped him with a yard sale at one point um helped him move but yeah he was mentioning how he was going to open up a restaurant slashtakeout place where it would be just like a few days a week or something i don’t know what the ex like exact details were but he he asked me like also like if I wanted to or he was going to teach me like the business side of running a restaurant and how I if I do decide to commit to him to commit for what was it like three three four years so then after that like he’d either I could either like buy the restaurant from him or move on which I want trading to be my main thing but I also just want to like learn about business and I’m looking at the long term i want to be just a hard worker right whatever I do whether it’s a blueco collar job a white collar job a desk job working for myself like I just want that grind that hard work so and I want it to translate into many things such as fitness my health my mindset anything so um he reached out to me i haven’t heard from him in a while and he said « It’s a good one. » Damn anyways man some good orders are popping up can’t take them though like a $44 order just popped up a 36 not Door Dash but like Instacart anyways um he reached out to me this morning after like not hearing him from him for like 4 months or so saying « Hey um how you doing it’s been like between he’s been going from like Morocco to France just traveling a lot and he’ll be back end of June I think so then he might just reach out to me and like talk about his plans and stuff so I got to squeeze in as many miles as possible as many push-ups cuz not that I can’t fit those in when I start like working i don’t know why I did that but cuz actually the the most consistent I was in those miles and like seven mile straight push-ups was actually when I was working two jobs so anyways I just have to utilize this time to really do what I need to do um I’m not I’m going to call it a no fat benefit but like when you’re when you’re moving on your path when you’re doing the right thing when you’re working on yourself the right circumstances people events opportunities are you you attract them you are what you attract so that’s a huge opportunity just to like learn business finance and I’m going to take every opportunity I can get so um plus I want to just build up capital grow it invest it trade it diversify it hey just I I want to see what’s possible can I can I be rich not that I want to be rich but it’s more so like a it’s like an exciting game to like look at life as a game right see can I grow this like the numbers growing like the fitness just seeing the progress it’s it’s a game like I I view life almost as a game how there’s a lot of times when you’re down when you’re in a ruts and when things just aren’t going your way and you get in shape you get out of shape but like gifying things makes it so much more fun anyways I just wanted to update you all on that there’s not going to be too many no fat update videos cuz we’re we’re on this we’re on this fitness journey and it’s tiring and I got a comment saying um you look tired i I am tired i’m pushing myself right i’m I could do more i could do more miles and push-ups and all that but I am tired and that’s okay cuz it’s okay i think so many of us we want to put on a face like everything’s all right and we got so much energy and even David Gogggins was saying I was listening to him like that guy that yells and screams like that’s not an everyday like he can access it when he wants to but a lot of times he’s just looking at his shoes and he’s like « Why i I do not want to run today. » But he does it so but yeah this mustache I I could shave it all and like trim it and it look better but hey it’s a good test of not caring what people think and I really don’t care what people think anyways update no fat we’re still going honestly just been too busy that haven’t really thought about relapsing or anything or getting triggered so been keeping busy been keeping busy and with that the urges haven’t been there so they who knows but we’re still going we’re still grinding it’s a rainy day it’s going to be a rainy week so that’s the challenge right to push myself when I don’t feel like doing it anyways let’s get it .
