because most people both men and women have been masturbating since they were really young and so it’s like well why do I need tips I’ve been doing it all my life right uh the reality is though that a lot of people they the way that they are masturbating is doing one of two things if not both number one it’s preventing them from really realizing all that their masturbation practice could be in other words they could take it a lot further than they actually are the second thing is it may actually be teaching them some bad habits some things that are negatively impacting their performance when they’re with their Partners so what we want to do in this video is I want to go through some tips to make it better so that you will enjoy it more on your solo practice and you’ll perform better been helping men women and couples have the relationship of their dreams in the best sex of their lives okay here we go number one stop masturbating like you are a teenager teenager your time is about the time that most people discover their genitals and begin masturbating of course you have no idea what you’re doing you’re just kind of experimenting and seeing what works and what doesn’t work and that’s okay that’s a perfectly normal part of the process but we also have to realize that you know usually we’re trying to hide when we do it uh maybe in the bathroom and you can only be in the bathroom for so long before somebody’s going hey what are you doing in there right or you know hiding in your room hoping that nobody walks in uh you’re trying not to get caught right so there’s all kinds of things going on that do not really make for the best uh practice so it can really teach you some bad habits things like going too quickly uh you know um ejaculating too quickly right so the part of it is like you can start and just go right you know for the races right because you only have a certain amount of time and you’re rushing in towards that ejaculation there’s a lot of things that can happen there those are just some examples where you really learn some bad habits now what I see as a coach when I’m working with older adults and helping them fix their sex lives when you talk about their masturbation habits you find out that they’re still doing things the same way that they did when they first learned and so the first tip really is you have to break out of that you have to realize that that was something that got established early on that when you didn’t really know a lot right and there could be and there is a whole lot more to it okay number two is something that men rarely ever do although women tend to do a lot more and that is something that I call set the scene so what do I mean by that well most men when they decide they want to masturbate they’re just like all right and they Dro their pants you know lay down on the bed whatever it is go for it get it done real quick and move on again that’s part of the bad habit and that’s part of what is affecting your performance in the bedroom but what if you slow down a little bit and you set the scene a little you know maybe you know dim the lighting a little bit you could put on some music I mean not that you have to do either of those things but you know get yourself into a more comfortable position you know maybe get completely naked rather than just like I’m pulling my pants down and going whatever it is the point is is that you’re being more conscious about what you’re doing and that’s really the point here it doesn’t really matter what you do whether it’s music lighting you know whatever the point is being more intentional about it as a practice rather than just you know rubbing one out on the toilet real quick to get it over with number three is don’t be afraid to use some lube uh again we want to make this a practice we’re going to be doing this for more than a minute or two preferably uh so Lube can be a great addition now is it necessary no it’s not 100% necessary um many men masturbate very successfully without it but it can add to it and as we talk more about what the practice itself is it’ll make more sense as to why you might want to use some lube okay number four don’t use porn I’m not saying don’t ever use porn I’m not saying that’s it you can never do it again but if we’re going to make this a whole practice where we’re setting the scene and we’re putting intention into it we’re going to retrain our bodies we don’t want to use porn because porn is overly stimulating and what most men end up doing is spending you know 10 minutes 15 minutes trying to find the right clip that is the thing that will work for them they put the clip on and within 5 minutes or less they have finished their masturbation they’ve ejaculated and then they’re done that’s what we don’t want to do here we don’t want to overstimulate you the other issue that happens if you’re using porn for your masturbation practice regularly is that it starts to change your brain in some pretty significant ways one of which is everything in porn is completely exaggerated like really exaggerated you know from the boobs to the acts that are happening the way that those acts are being performed it’s fantasy it’s absolute fantasy and so you end up sort of wiring in your brain your excitement your turn on to specifically those exaggerated things so then when it’s real life so you don’t have porn and you want to do a masturbation practice or you’re with your partner it’s somehow less stimulating so this can actually be a problem for men where they can end up having difficulty achieving an erection getting turned on uh you know even ejaculating when they want to ejaculate um so definitely for this type of masturbation practice leave the porn out you don’t need it okay number five so you’re leaving the porn out great unfortunately people who are used to doing porn if they don’t have porn available to them then they use their mind and they go deep into fantasy not necessarily a problem but I’m discouraging that here because I want you to be giving your full attention to the practice and not lost in your head with your eyes closed like ah not paying attention to what you’re actually doing I want you to really focus on the ACT remember intent tension through the ACT that’s really important and if you’re too lost in fantasy you can’t really do that and that brings me to number six slow down too many men when they start to masturbate it is Off to the Races it is just going for it like a jackhammer unfortunately that tends to be also what they do when they start love making and they get to penetration they’re just Off to the Races like a jackhammer there are of course some big problems with that number one rarely ever wants to start that way occasionally but most of the time not so she’s not going to be ready for that and two it is often overstimulating and one of the reasons why you’re not lasting as long as you could so just Slow Down Start really slow you know start with just some massaging you can massage your testicles you can gently stroke right you don’t have to go straight into the like boom here’s the destination and I got to get there as quickly as I can slow down you want to make this a practice and again practicing in this way is going to directly translate to your performance when you’re with your partner number seven Okay so we’ve talked about slowing down so we want to start slow we want to build the energy up and we want to focus on moving that energy through our bodies now ultimately you want to get to the place where you can have what are called non-ejaculatory orgasms right so you’ve heard of the multiple male orgasm and a lot of people think oh that’s just nonsense that doesn’t exist men can’t do that yes yes they can so that is a way that you can really amp up this practice I talked in the beginning about increasing your pleasure so would you rather have 3 minutes of oh that felt really great oh okay ejaculation boom I’m done or would you have want rather have multiple waves of energy p ping through your body to the point where you are so turned on your penis is so engorged with blood and you were just like man now I really want to have an ejaculation and that’s the point if you can get there if you can delay that initial urge and you can allow that energy to move you can actually experience an orgasm without an ejaculation now obviously there’s a bit more to the technical details of that particular uh process so it’s something that I teach uh both in my power and Mastery courses at Power and mastery.com as well as in my private coaching I call it the mindful masturbation technique there’s a bit more to it than what I’m talking about here but you’ll get the general idea in this video and that is this idea of circulating the energy moving it through your body experiencing non-ejaculatory orgasms as many of them as you want until you decide whether or not you want to ejaculate and if you do when you do you will have a much bigger more powerful orgasm and ejaculation than if you had just gone for the quick one you know after a few minutes or so and number eight so I’m describing this as a practice and I’ve mentioned this several times throughout this video already but at least sometimes treat this practice as a training tool this is a way to prepare you to perform in the bedroom so that you literally can have the best sex of your life now I’m not saying every single time you masturbate it has to be that way but it should be at least from time to time maybe at least 5050 maybe if you can get more like 75 25 like this is a practice that I’m doing to train myself to be a master lover and oh by the way it happens to be fun and really feel good at the same time versus just doing something quick because it’s fun and it feels good right you can actually do both if you turn this into a practice and so I recommend that you really think of it in those terms uh more often than not all right and lastly number nine don’t be afraid to try new techniques you know vary the speed the timing the firmness of the grip you could potentially use some toys I did a great review on this channel a while back for a male masturbation machine called the handy you know I’m not saying you need those things but some people like them they can enhance your practice they can create Sensations that are very very similar to actual penetration which again is great to use as a training tool so that you’ll perform better in the bedroom but just be open to that one of the things that I notice is that a lot of men again going back to you’re doing it the same way you did when you were a teenager you didn’t have access to any of that stuff and so you’re just like grab your hand no lube hurry up and go get it done move on so think of it differently right and and think about hey you know there are different ways that I could potentially you know do this practice and some of them could really bring significantly higher levels of uh stimulation and arousal more powerful orgasms so yeah don’t Don’t Close Your Mind to the idea that there are some new ways or techniques to masturbating you might think that that you know the tried and true is the best and that’s all you want to do okay there’s nothing wrong with with that but just I’m suggesting that you be open-minded to the idea that there may be ways to enhance this practice that you haven’t thought of before all right there you go there are my nine tips for masturbation for men I hope that you got
